经过特殊特殊表面处理,使纤维具有更好的亲水性,因而在正常的拌合时间下,纤维在水泥砂浆和混凝土中即可
分散得很均匀。另外聚丙烯腈纤维由于分子比聚丙烯分子多-CN极性亲水基团,因而有更好的分散性。
◆握裹力强
纤维的截面为特殊腰果形,较之于圆形截面具有与水泥基材料更大的接触面积,且表面经特殊粗糙处理,使得纤
维与水泥基材料具有很好的握裹力。
◆ 耐光性、耐候、耐酸碱性优越
使用方法
1、掺量选择
◇一般每立方米砂浆、混凝土纤维掺量为 0.7kg/m 3 ~ 1.0 kg/m 3 ;
◇如工程对混凝土抗裂、防渗、耐磨要求高,可根据砂料、石料、水泥用量的变化,适当调整纤维掺量,但最高
为 1.5kg/m 3 ;
◇不同的集料颗粒级配对混凝土性能影响很大,故尽可能选择优良的级配。
2、施工须知
◇投料顺序及方使用时纤维与砂、石等骨料同时加入,加水后湿拌即可。
◇纤维混凝土搅拌采用先干拌后湿拌的搅拌方式,干拌时间不宜少于15秒,以保证纤维能够在混凝土中混合均匀,
视整个搅拌过程均匀程度适当延长15秒左右。
3、塌落度调整
由于纤维的增稠作用使得纤维的加入会增加混凝土的粘稠度,使塌落度略有降低。每个工程需要不同的塌落度,
所以在工程使用前通过实验调节塌落度,如果塌落度不能满足施工要求时,不应用增加水量来提高塌落度, 而应
适当采用塑化剂或减水剂来提高塌落度,以满足施工要求。
4、养护
掺入纤维的混凝土在成型时无特殊要求,但应保证混凝土充分振实。可按正常混凝土的养护进行,不能因掺入纤
维而放松对混凝土的早期养护。
