◆分散性好
经过特殊特殊表面处理,使纤维具有更好的亲水性,因而在正常的拌合时间下,纤维在水泥砂浆和混凝土
中即可分散得很均匀。另外聚丙烯腈纤维由于分子比聚丙烯分子多-CN极性亲水基团,因而有更好的分散性。
◆握裹力强
纤维的截面为特殊腰果形,较之于圆形截面具有与水泥基材料更大的接触面积,且表面经特殊粗糙处理,
使得纤维与水泥基材料具有很好的握裹力。
◆ 耐光性、耐候、耐酸碱性优越

使用方法
1、掺量选择
◇一般每立方米砂浆、混凝土纤维掺量为 0.7kg/m 3 ~ 1.0 kg/m 3
◇如工程对混凝土抗裂、防渗、耐磨要求高,可根据砂料、石料、水泥用量的变化,适当调整纤维掺量,
但最高为 1.5kg/m 3 ;
◇不同的集料颗粒级配对混凝土性能影响很大,故尽可能选择优良的级配。
2、施工须知
◇投料顺序及方法使用时纤维与砂、石等骨料同时加入,加水后湿拌即可。
◇纤维混凝土搅拌采用先干拌后湿拌的搅拌方式,干拌时间不宜少于15秒,以保证纤维能够在混凝土中混
合均匀,视整个搅拌过程均匀程度适当延长15秒左右。
3、塌落度调整由于纤维的增稠作用使得纤维的加入会增加混凝土的粘稠度,使塌落度略有降低。每个工程
需要不同的塌落度,所以在工程使用前通过实验调节塌落度,如果塌落度不能满 足施工要求时,不应用增加
水量来提高塌落度,而应适当采用塑化剂或减水剂来提高塌落度,以满足施工要求。
4、养护掺入纤维的混凝土在成型时无特殊要求,但应保证混凝土充分振实。可按正常混凝土的养护进行,
不能因掺入纤维而放松对混凝土的早期养护。
